$150 flat rate for weekday business meetings w/food & beverage service for up to 6 hours.
Rental rate includes set up, the use of tables, chairs, white linens, PA system & projector.

Reservations for the downstairs dining and lounge areas have a $25 flat rate rental fee with use of Banquet Menu.

This option is a “Facility Buy Out” and would be closed to the public.

FOOD:
Banquet Menu items that are served hot, are displayed in chaffing trays on white linens and hosted buffet style.
Tabletop items are artfully presented on serving platters and distributed within your reserved space on selected tabletops.
Banquet food is served at the time(s) you request. You may request specific items to be served at staggered times throughout your event by writing the time next to the individual item and we will do our best to accommodate.
For groups of 16 or more, we recommend our Banquet Menu. This ensures efficient service and timely plating, delivering the best dining experience for your guests.
SET UP:
You may bring in decorations for your special event. All décor must be hung with packing/painters tape or removable 3M hooks. No open flame candles, thumbtacks, staples or confetti will be allowed.
Please coordinate with a staff member on the arrival time when decorating, as it can be subject to availability.
Tables and chairs can be arranged according to your preference. Please confirm your desired configuration prior to your event. If no specific arrangement is provided, our staff will set up the space in the best possible way.
